Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Pipelean Agency Hub (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Pipelean provides a SaaS platform that lets agencies onboard clients, manage requests, send notifications, integrate third-party tools (such as Slack) and handle subscription billing. Features may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing technical limits.
- No use of the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- No upload of malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our certified payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party platforms (e.g. Slack) at your discretion. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
7. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events may cause downtime.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, save for mandatory consumer protection rules.
