For any question, bug report or assistance request related to your Pipelean agency workspace, write to support@pipelean.io. Please include:

  • Your agency name and the email of the affected account
  • A clear description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible

Response times

  • Standard requests: within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET).
  • Critical incidents (Service unreachable, data loss, security): best-effort 24/7. Mark the email subject with [URGENT].

Status & updates

Planned maintenance and incident reports are communicated in-app and, when relevant, by email to the agency owner.
